Are the Multi-Sport Practice Frames durable?

Yes, they are. The Multi-Sport Practice Frames as well as the attachments are made of steel tubing. The Scoring Passing Frames are made of steel sheet or heavy gauge aluminum. The Hook Over Bars are made from heavy gauge aluminum. The frames have been used under practice conditions by players. If you are a player or multiple players such as teams, age groups with high velocity throwing or kicking skills I recommend contacting as can be made to withstand practically any velocity.
